olbet Terms & Conditions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" means the olbet website, mobile web application, and all associated gaming, betting, and payment services operated under the olbet brand at olbet.club.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the olbet Platform, uniquely associated with one individual Player.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a valid Account and is permitted to access the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account wallet, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit awarded by olbet under specific promotional terms, which may be subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Balance.
• "Wager" means any bet placed on a game or sports market using real-money Balance or Bonus Funds on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national regulatory body for gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "PST" means Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8), the time zone that governs all Platform operations, promotional periods, and maintenance windows referenced in these Terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or PAGCOR license conditions.

By accessing, registering on, or using the olbet Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of: (a) clicking "I agree" or any equivalent acceptance button during registration; (b) depositing funds into an olbet Account; or (c) placing any Wager on the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the olbet Privacy Policy and any specific terms applicable to individual promotions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotion-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotion-specific terms explicitly state otherwise.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an Account:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of olbet, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through the Platform or imposed by PAGCOR or another regulatory authority;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously had an Account permanently closed by olbet for breach of these Terms.

olbet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated by an ineligible Player — including any underage player — shall be voided and forfeited.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the olbet Platform at any time. Registering or attempting to register multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. olbet is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided during registration. You are required to update your Account information promptly whenever it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address. olbet will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

You must notify olbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. olbet is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security, including but not limited to sharing credentials with third parties.

olbet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are governed by these Terms and any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Balance;
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be completed using real-money Balance first; Bonus Funds are used only after real-money Balance is exhausted;
• olbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a bonus at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse;
• A maximum of one (1) active bonus may be held per Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses are not transferable between Accounts and have no cash value unless converted in accordance with applicable wagering requirements.

All games available on the olbet Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, sports betting markets, online sabong, bingo, and fish shooting games — are governed by individual game rules published within each respective game interface or market listing.

All slot and RNG-based games on the Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) software that has been tested and certified by an independent testing laboratory approved under PAGCOR's technical standards. Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the olbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to register an Account for the purpose of circumventing these Terms;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence or prohibited software to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players or Platform employees to fix the outcome of any game or betting market;
• Placing bets as a form of arbitrage that is inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to disguise your true geographic location or to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing olbet staff or other Platform users through any communication channel;
• Engaging in any activity that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other Players.

olbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR's National Responsible Gambling Program. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from the Account Settings page. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum playing session durations, after which they will be automatically logged out;
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account is inaccessible for deposits and gameplay, but remaining Balance is withdrawable;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. The minimum self-exclusion period is six (6) months. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Requests are processed immediately upon receipt by the Support team.

All content, software, design elements, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, text, and other intellectual property on the olbet Platform ("Platform Content") are the exclusive property of olbet or its licensed content providers and game studios. Platform Content is protected by Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform Content without written authorization; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; (c) use any automated tool to access, scrape, or extract Platform Content; or (d) use any olbet trademark or brand element without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, olbet's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

olbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profit, loss of expected winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by olbet is governed by the olbet Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

olbet processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. You have the rights of access, correction, erasure, and data portability with respect to your personal data held by olbet, subject to applicable legal and regulatory exceptions including retention requirements under PAGCOR and AMLC regulations.

olbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for the following reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, ineligibility, regulatory direction from PAGCOR, or the Platform ceasing to operate in a particular jurisdiction.

In the event of Account closure by olbet for reasons other than a Player's breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of all applicable verification requirements.

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting olbet Support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding Wagers or promotional obligations incurred prior to the closure request.

olbet may amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered Account email address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory direction.

The current version of these Terms, with the effective date, is always available on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and olbet, you should first contact olbet Support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. olbet commits to responding to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution process, as olbet operates under PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction. PAGCOR's decision in regulatory matters is binding on olbet.

Subject to the foregoing, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the PAGCOR mechanism.
